The Index is a broad-based index of small capitalization stocks. The Sub-Fund is not managed in reference to the Index. In addition, under normal market conditions, the Sub-Fund invests in technology companies focused in the fields of medicine and information. The Sub-Fund intends to invest a substantial portion of its assets in a small number of issuers, and may concentrate its holdings in fewer business sectors or industries. The Sub-Fund will generally hold approximately 50 holdings. The number of holdings held by the Sub-Fund may occasionally exceed this range for a variety of reasons.
