Cembra publishes invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2025 and its Annual Report 2024
Cembra Money Bank AG / Key word(s): AGMEGM Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Zurich, 20 March 2025 – Cembra published the agenda items and proposals of the Board of Directors for the Annual General Meeting today. The Annual General Meeting 2025 will take place on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at the Zurich Convention Center (Kongresshaus). The invitation can be accessed on the Cembra website. As announced on 28 January 2025, the Board of Directors proposes Wanda Eriksen as new Board member. Due to the statutory ten-year term limit, Dr Monica Mächler will no longer be available for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors in 2025. All other Board members are running for re-election. Franco Morra, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cembra: "On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Management Board, I would like to thank Monica Mächler most sincerely for her extraordinary performance and her great commitment to Cembra. With her outstanding expertise and experience in law, financial market regulation and governance, she has made a significant contribution to strengthening the Bank and making it more resilient. I am delighted that with Wanda Eriksen we are able to propose a highly qualified individual to our shareholders for election, who will complement our Board of Directors perfectly with her wide-ranging expertise."
