EVI Industries Announces Acquisition Of Haiges Machinery
(RTTNews) - EVI Industries, Inc., (EVI) a value-added distributor and a provider of technical installation and maintenance services in the commercial laundry industry Tuesday announced the acquisition of Haiges Machinery, Inc., a Huntley, IL-based distributor of commercial laundry products and provider of installation and maintenance services.
This marks EVI's first expansion into the Midwest, adding an experienced team with strong customer relationships to its portfolio. Under EVI's operating model, Haiges Machinery will retain its name, facility, and all 25 employees while continuing partnerships with its loyal suppliers.
Following this acquisition, EVI will have acquired 29 commercial laundry businesses, solidifying its position as the fastest-growing and only publicly listed company in the North American commercial laundry distribution and services industry.
The transaction will be completed with a cash payment and is set to close after customary closing conditions are met. EVI anticipates Haiges Machinery's operations to contribute positively to its fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
Currently EVI is trading at $17.01 on the New York Stock Exchange.
