The investment objective of the fund is to achieve a positive investment result and an above-average return in EUR over the long term, taking into account the opportunities and risks of the international capital markets, while at the same time taking into account the principle of risk diversification, the security of the investment capital and the liquidity of the investment assets. It is an equity fund that invests primarily in equities of companies that find themselves in company-specific special situations. Special situations include mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, restructurings, shareholder activism and operational turning points. However, the subfund may also invest in equities of other companies. The shares selected are predominantly those of companies domiciled or operating mainly in Europe and the USA.
