The Sub-Fund invests primarily in equities (e.g. shares of companies) or equity-related securities (which includes, without being exhaustive, depositary receipts and equity linked notes) of companies established and/or listed on an exchange in emerging and frontier markets, or companies which are established and/or listed on exchanges outside emerging and frontier markets but which carry out a significant proportion of their economic activity in emerging and frontier markets and/or are controlled by entities established and/or listed in emerging and frontier markets.
