The Reference Currency of the Sub-Fund is the US dollar. The Reference Currency need not be identical to the Investment Currency. The Sub-Fund invests at least two thirds of the Sub-Fund’s assets directly or indirectly in a portfolio of globally diversified convertible securities, whereby the Sub-Fund will have a certain emphasis in convertible securities in Europe and in the United States of America. Issuers of these securities may be located in any country, including emerging markets.
