Sustainable companies are those that the Investment Manager (IM) believes to have effective governance and superior management of environmental and social issues (sustainable characteristics). The Sub-Fund invests at least 90% of its assets (excluding cash and cash equivalent) in equities of companies that are domiciled, or carrying out the main part of their economic activity, in the USA. All the equities invested in portfolio will be researched and analysed from an ESG standpoint.
