So investiert der nxtAssets ethereum direct ETN: Das Produkt ist ein börsengehandeltes Produkt, das darauf abzielt, Anlegern ein Engagement in den Basiswert zu ermöglichen, und seine Wertentwicklung ist an den Preis des Basiswerts gekoppelt. Das Produkt ist vollständig durch Bestände des Basiswerts gedeckt, die verwahrt werden, sowie durch alle Einheiten des Basiswerts, die der Emittent bei der Zeichnung durch Autorisierte Teilnehmer („APs") erhält und die als Sicherheit (die „Hinterlegten KryptoVermögenswerte") auf ein Verwahrkonto (das „Krypto-Vermögenswerte-Wallet") übertragen werden, das bei der Krypto-Verwahrstelle geführt wird. Der Sicherheitentreuhänder hält das Sicherungsrecht am Krypto-Vermögenswerte-Wallet und den Hinterlegten Krypto-Vermögenswerten zugunsten seiner selbst und der Schuldverschreibungsinhaber. Jede Schuldverschreibung entspricht einem bestimmten Anspruch auf den Basiswert (das „Bezugsverhältnis").
