The meeting will be held virtually via the electronic platform www.gvote.ch. One of the main items on this year’s agenda is the Board of Directors’ proposal to increase the company’s conditional share capital under Article 3b of the Articles of Association in connection with the company’s participation plan. The conditional capital is to be increased by CHF 1,005,000.00 from CHF 995,000.00 today to a new total of CHF 2,000,000.00. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the nomination of Philipp Büchs as a new member of the Board. The proposed appointment is made at the request of Pellegrino Capital AG, the company’s largest shareholder. "Philipp brings extensive expertise in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions and has been working for over three years at a Zurich-based single family office, where he has led and overseen complex transactions," says Michael Manz, Chairman of the Board of ASMALLWORLD AG.
