With this disclosure in CPI Europe AG (formerly Immofinanz AG), UBS Group AG notifies the market about an isolated over-reporting issue, resulting in incorrect disclosures during the period from September 2024 to October 2024. The situation was caused by an erroneous trade booking involving an equity option, which was incorrectly recorded as representing 1.23% of the voting rights in CPI Europe AG. However, the trade should have been booked as an equity option with CA Immobilien Anlagen AG as the underlying issuer. Due to this oversight, UBS Group AG erroneously published notifiable disclosures on the following dates: September 26th, 27th, 30th, and October 2nd, 3rd, 15th, and 18th, 2024. Despite this oversight, UBS Group AG remained below the reportable threshold throughout this period. This disclosure serves as the corrective back-reporting. The position disclosed in sections 6 and 7 refer to current holdings of UBS Group AG as of 17.10.2025.
