LLB Group publishes Annual Report 2024

Vaduz, 17 March 2025. The LLB Group has published its complete Annual Report 2024. It contains comprehensive information concerning financial and non-financial aspects of the 2024 business year. In addition, the documents for the 33^rd ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders have been dispatched.

The annual report for 2024 focuses on the ACT-26 strategy and the successful attainment of its half-way stage. Under the title "LLB in flux", the LLB Group highlights various initiatives and projects from its everyday business operations, which the strategy has filled with life and which make the banking group successful. 
In addition to an overview of the Group’s business operations, strategy and organisation, the financial report with the consolidated financial statement of the LLB Group and the financial statement of Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (already published on 21.02.2025), the annual report also provides details relating to corporate governance and the compensation report. 
For the first time, a certified sustainability statement including climate reporting forms an integral part of the annual report. This was prepared in accordance with the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The ESRS enhance transparency and comparability for stakeholders. In doing this, the LLB Group underscores its aspiration to be transparent about its commitment to sustainability and about its progress in reaching net zero by 2040. 
Furthermore, also for reasons of sustainability, the LLB Group’s business reporting is geared towards the online version in the internet. At this website, facts and figures in a structured form can be interactively accessed and compared directly with those of previous years. Informative special pages provide additional insights.

In addition, Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG has dispatched the invitation and voting documents for the 33^rd ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on 16 April 2025 at 6 p.m. at the SAL – Saal am Lindaplatz, in Schaan. The documents are also available on the LLB website under: llb.li/generalmeeting.
