U.S. and Ukraine Yet to Agree on a Minerals Deal
The United States and Ukraine have not agreed yet on any draft of a minerals deal, Ukrainian officials said on Friday amid reports that the U.S. pushes for an agreement to have all income from Ukraine’s mineral resources contributed to a joint fund.
