ERSTE DIGITAL ASSETS invests predominantly, in other words at least 51% of it assets, in the information technology and communication services sectors (“digital assets”) directly or indirectly through investment funds or derivatives. The focus on digital assets also includes cryptoassets. The physical delivery of cryptoassets is not permitted. The Management Company is not subject to any restrictions in the selection of the issuers with regard to the locations of their registered offices. Transferable securities (including securities with embedded derivative financial instruments) may comprise up to 100% of the fund assets. Money market instruments may comprise up to 49% of the fund assets.
