The fund Seek long term capital appreciation with a secondary objective of principal preservation. Investment Approach The Portfolio will seek to achieve its objective by taking long and synthetic short positions in equity and equity-linked securities listed or traded in US equity markets and in ETFs, which are exposed to such securities. The Portfolio may also, but to a lesser extent take long and synthetic short positions in equity, equity-linked securities and ETFs which are listed or traded on Recognised Markets located in the countries comprising the MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) (which may include Emerging Market Countries).
