Hdg (USD) IA Fonds: The objective of this Sub-Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing either directly or via units of UCITS or UCIs in (i) equity and equity equivalent securities, (ii) fixed-rate and floating rate debt securities including non-investment grade bonds, convertible bonds, bonds with attached warrants and/or contingent convertible bonds (including contingent write-down bonds) (iii) currencies (including Emerging Market currencies) and (iv) in accordance with the applicable diversification rules, in Cash and Cash Equivalents (including short-term ABS/MBS which may represent up to 10% of investments in Cash and Cash Equivalents).
