So investiert der MFM Funds (Lux) - MFM Global Real Estate Securities Fund M EUR Fonds: The Sub-Fund aims to mainly offer an exposure to the global real estate sector and companies which are involved or operate in real estate / properties. The Sub-Fund is actively managed. The Sub-Fund has no benchmark index and is not managed in reference to a benchmark index. The real estate scope can be very large, from residential properties (apartments, houses), shopping centres, hotels, to offices and warehouses. To achieve its investment objectives, the Sub-Fund will mainly invest in equities of the above-mentioned companies and equity related securities such as closed-ended REITs; and/or debt securities issued by the above-mentioned companies; and/or in UCITS and Other UCIs (including other Sub-Funds of the Company) having as their main objective the investment in or having an exposure to the above-mentioned asset class or securities; and/or any Transferable Securities linked or offering an exposure to the performance of the above-mentioned asset classes/securities.
