Allane SE: Deviation of earnings forecast for financial year 2024, postponement of publication of annual and consolidated financial statements and Annual General Meeting, no dividend distribution for 2024

Pullach, 22 April 2025 – Allane SE announces its preliminary and unaudited financial figures for the financial year 2024. According to these figures, the company expects the group contract portfolio as of 31 December 2024 to amount to around 143,500 contracts (rounded; previous year: 125,800 contracts), with consolidated operating revenues¹ ranging from EUR 455 million to EUR 460 million (previous year: EUR 343 million) and consolidated EBT (IFRS) in a range of EUR -47 million to EUR -52 million (previous year: EUR 12.6 million). The consolidated contract portfolio and consolidated operating revenue are thus within the forecast range of 130,000 to 150,000 contracts and EUR 425 million to EUR 475 million, respectively. The consolidated EBT forecast of between EUR -35 million and EUR -45 million was missed. The main reason for this is the cumulative unscheduled write-downs on leased assets attributable to residual value and market value differences, which are mainly due to market-related declines in used car prices, particularly for electric vehicles.

At the level of its annual financial statements (HGB), Allane SE expects a balance sheet loss for the 2024 financial year, which means that no dividend can be distributed to shareholders.

The audit for the 2024 financial year has not yet been completed. Due to the diverse and complex factors affecting the accounting estimates used to assess the leased assets, the company is currently in the process of coordinating and determining the final amount and the resulting effects. Once these internal steps have been completed, the balance sheet figures will be audited by the auditor. The publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year, scheduled for 30 April 2025, will therefore be postponed. The Management Board currently expects publication at latest by the end of the 24th calendar week of 2025. This also postpones the date of the Annual General Meeting for the 2024 financial year, which was scheduled for 26 June 2025. The company will announce the new date at the latest when it publishes its financial statements.

¹ Consolidated operating revenue is not an IFRS measure and includes leasing income (finance rate), other income from the leasing business, and fleet management income (excluding income from the sale of used vehicles).
