Explanatory part

The transaction was brokered by Montega Markets GmbH as a tied agent under the liability umbrella of Wolfgang Steubing AG and B.Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. Aktiengesellschaft as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners.

The proceeds from the placement will allow for a substantial expansion of the Company’s trade finance facilities. With a focus on emerging and developing markets—particularly in India, China, and the ASEAN region—and with a strong global partner network, the Company is well positioned to drive further growth.
