From Albania to Burundi...a day for little heroes: Fix&Foxi TV & SOS Children's Villages worldwide celebrate International Children's Day

On June 1, Fix&Foxi TV is celebrating International Children's Day with a special program focus in cooperation with SOS Children's Villages worldwide. From 17:15, the children's channel will open a window into the lives, dreams and cultures of children from all over the world - under the motto: Giving children a voice!

These moving insights are a reminder of how essential it is to make the needs of children visible and to strengthen their rights. The special TV program presents inspiring young personalities who go their own way with hope and determination:

• Fitim - affectionately known as “the Elvis from Albania” - shows his path to a self-determined life,
• siblings Ante and Aijla provide personal insights into their everyday lives in Bosnia,
• Marcelina from Madagascar dreams of becoming a midwife or pediatrician - with the help of SOS Children's Villages, she is getting closer to this goal step by step,
• In Greece, Nefeli and her friends invite us to discover the most delicious local dishes.
• and Désiré takes the audience to Burundi, into the world of the fascinating Batimbo drummers, whose music and rhythm are deeply rooted in tradition.
