SIX approves Meyer Burger’s decision to extend the deadline for the publication of the Annual Report until the end of July 2025
Meyer Burger Technology AG / Key word(s): Annual Results/Temporary Suspension Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Thun, Switzerland – June 10, 2025 SIX approves Meyer Burger’s decision to extend the deadline for the publication of the Annual Report until the end of July 2025 Meyer Burger Technology AG announces the decision of SIX to extend the deadline for the publication of the Annual Report 2024 until the end of July 2025. Meyer Burger is currently negotiating a restructuring of the outstanding bonds and the bridge financing granted by a group of bondholders and in parallel with various interested parties about partial sales of its existing business or corresponding assets and contracts. The potential impact of these negotiations and such partial sales on the liquidity situation and the annual financial statements for fiscal year 2024 on the valuations contained therein and on certain key financial figures of Meyer Burger is significant. The potential need for adjustments and the uncertainty regarding the coverage of the financing gap have meant that it is not possible to finalize and publish the annual financial statements until the results of the negotiations are available. Trading in Meyer Burger shares will remain suspended until the end of July 2025. Decision of SIX Exchange Regulation: SIX Exchange Regulation has permitted Meyer Burger to publish the Annual Report 2024 by July 31, 2025 at the latest. As requested by SIX Exchange Regulation, Meyer Burger is printing the following excerpt from the decision of SIX Exchange Regulation: I. The temporary exemption from the publication of the annual report 2024 and the submission of this report to SIX Exchange Regulation AG by Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the latest is approved subject to the following reservation (lit. a) and the following conditions (lit.b): a. SIX Exchange Regulation AG has temporarily suspended trading in securities of Meyer Burger Technology AG within the meaning of Art. 57 LR on June 2, 2025 until it has published its Annual Report 2024 in accordance with the provisions on ad hoc publicity (Art. 53 Listing Rules in conjunction with the Directive on Ad hoc Publicity) and submitted it to SIX Exchange Regulation AG. b. Meyer Burger Technology AG must publish a media release regarding this decision by Tuesday, June 10, 2025, 7:30 a.m., at the latest, in accordance with the regulations on ad hoc publicity. This media release must: - contain the full wording of point I of this decision in a prominent position; - mention the reasons for the postponement of the publication and submission of the 2024 Annual Report.
