The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) announced today that comparable store net sales, for stores open at least one year, for the 4-week period ended June 1, 2019 decreased 0.8 percent from comparable store net sales for the 4-week period ended June 2, 2018. Net sales for the 4-week fiscal month ended June 1, 2019 decreased 1.1 percent to $61.5 million from net sales of $62.2 million for the prior year 4-week fiscal month ended June 2, 2018.

Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 17-week period ended June 1, 2019 decreased 1.2 percent from comparable store net sales for the 17-week period ended June 2, 2018. Net sales for the 17-week fiscal period ended June 1, 2019 decreased 1.6 percent to $262.8 million from net sales of $267.1 million for the prior year 17-week fiscal period ended June 2, 2018.
