"Jürgen Pampel, Dr. Burkhard Leifhelm and Patrick Zabel form a strong team that will ensure the strategic and operational development of the company. We would like to thank Jörg Dorbandt. As COO, he has provided important momentum in Voltabox's operational business." Dr. Burkhard Leifhelm (46) studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and obtained a doctorate degree. Before joining paragon, Voltabox's parent company, in February 2016, he worked for Hella KGaA for more than ten years, most recently as Head of Operative Excellence. Mr. Leifhelm started out at paragon as managing director of the paragon production company. In 2017, he was appointed divisional director for Mechanics and Production, and in 2018, he was also appointed managing director of the paragon subsidiary paragon movasys GmbH. He is a proven REFA expert and holds several lectureship posts. After completing a banking apprenticeship, Patrick Zabel (30) studied avocationally to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Münster. He was a corporate adviser to a large savings bank and worked as a project manager for the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for several years. At PwC, Mr. Zabel was responsible for auditing large capital market-oriented corporations and advised clients on fundamental accounting issues in accordance with the IFRS and HGB. In the fall of 2018, he ultimately moved to Voltabox, where he most recently served as Head of Finance with joint signatory power. Mr. Zabel is a proven expert in international accounting.
