Changes in the Executive Board of GRAMMER AG

Ursensollen, 18 June 2025 – Thomas Strobl, member of the Executive Board, will leave GRAMMER AG by mutual agreement on 20 June 2025.

With immediate effect, Kelvin Wang will take over Thomas Strobl's responsibilities as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). At the same time, Kelvin Wang has been appointed to the Executive Board. Mr. Wang is an experienced and longtime financial manager in the automotive industry and has been with GRAMMER since August 2022, initially as CFO APAC and, since the beginning of this year, additionally as CFO EMEA.
