KGaA / Key word(s): Personnel HORNBACH Holding informs about premature departure of Karin Dohm, member of Board of Management and CFO Publication of Insider Information pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 Bornheim (Palatinate), December 23, 2024 The Supervisory Board of the General Partner of HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE0006083405) (“HORNBACH Holding” or the “company”) at its meeting today accepted the request submitted by Karin Dohm, the member of the Board of Management responsible for finance, that she should stand down from her activity on the Board of Management of HORNBACH Management AG at the latest as of March 31, 2025 in order to take up new professional challenges. In addition to his position as Chief Executive Officer, Albrecht Hornbach will also assume the position of CFO of HORNBACH Holding on an interim basis should the search for a successor to Karin Dohm not result in a seamless handover of responsibility. The Supervisory Board regrets Karin Dohm’s departure from the company and thanks her for her contributions and achievements for the HORNBACH Group.
